Shipping policy
Shipping Speeds:
We operate with less than 4 people, and we are humans, so shipping can sometimes take 3-5 business days to process ready to ship wares. Mistakes happen with stock on the website, as pieces also sell from the gallery, so it is possible we need to make a design from scratch. If you are needing your item by a specific date, please let us know! If your order seems to be taking longer than 3 days to ship out, feel free to reach out and check in. We promise we will always do our best to get packages out as quickly as possible.
Of course, carrier delays with incorrect sorting, etc. are out of our hands, and packages can be delayed for many other reasons.
Lost or Damaged Items:
In many years of shipping our carriers have lost very few items, but it can happen. If a package stops moving in tracking, it has usually been mis-sorted, and we must wait 2-4 weeks for it to reappear. Only after that point will we file a lost package claim. We've had pieces go around the world and back to arrive safely at their destination.
If an item arrives damaged, within 48 hours of delivery, please provide us with a photo of the nature of the damaged ware(s), and whether the package looked damaged, smashed, etc. Photos of the package are also helpful for us to file your claim, and of course we will get you a new piece shipped out as soon as possible!
The customer is fully responsible for attending to the tracking information sent to the email you provided at checkout, and securing a package that is successfully delivered. With the rise of online shopping there is also a rise in package theft. If your package will be in an unsecured area (especially a porch) collect it immediately, if you will be away, arrange for your mail to be held. Use SMS delivery notification services available through our tracking software, enter your phone at bottom of tracking page from your email. If an item is delivered successfully, it is especially difficult to get money from an insurance claim, and we cannot guarantee a replacement item without further costs, to be determined at our discretion.
International Orders:
We are proud to offer international shipping. International packages do not get insured, and carriers do not always offer tracking. You will receive notification when your package has shipped, and tracking information if it is available.
Please note that you may be required to pay customs when your item(s) arrive at the destination country.
