Went out of our way to stop in the store during our weekend visit to Seattle and it was well worth it. The pieces are so interesting, as is the process used to make them. Since we were flying home that afternoon, we couldn't purchase anything too big, but did grab a couple smaller items ... for now!
I gave my son a gift of your storm strata soup bowls. He said they were really cool and he loved them. A functional piece of art. He took me to Orcas Island when I visited this Summer. They mean something extra special to us.

I love my colorful tumblers for my morning coffee or evening tea! I choose according to my mood!!! Call me a hippy, but I feel so good enjoying my rituals with my beautiful, made with LOVE and CARE ceramic cup…they put me in a good mood! And, I think of Orcas Island with each sip!
This is my second purchase from Forest Ceramics and I continue to be delighted. The quality is excellent and the cups are truly unique! Best of all, their work is inspiring the next generation of ceramic artists! My teen daughter is an amateur potter and has been inspired to play more with slip casting after seeing what’s possible. I’ve been buying Forest Ceramic Co for years and each one is the most durable and wonderful.
3rd one I’ve purchased. The carved spots are perfect finger holds and the edges are rounded so smooth to the touch. It holds exactly 16 oz. I collect ceramic cups but this is the one I choose every day.
These cards are incredible. The craftsmanship is outstanding. They really are works of art.
The two tumblers I purchased are the most beautiful greens and yellows and I am using them for decoration rather than drinking out of them.
