We have bought 5 sets of gifts there and you never have gift boxes. We always end up going to Rays. Not good marketing. You sent us a 10% off on one offs on Friday. Went to look at them on Saturday and were told it was for Friday only. Not good marketing. We like your product and own a lot of it. You just make it difficult.

I already have the white/coral buzzed mug and love it so much I decided to order the black version and now I can’t decide which is my favourite! In real life the black is more a very dark slate grey/black which I love and the craftsmanship and attention to detail shine through as on every piece I’ve purchased. A pleasure to use and I’ll be back for more no doubt.
